This is a half day information session on the rights and entitlements of migrant women who are experiencing gender based violence.

Topics include: Residency rights of migrant women in event of relationship breakdown; Rights to social welfare and other state supports; How refuges and other agencies can support and advocate for migrant women on residency issues
